Hoesch Schwerter Profile GmbH is a flexible and internationally operating company for high value specialized steel products. Our conduct in all interactions with all customers, suppliers, employees and other business partners worldwide is a major part of our responsibility as a reliable partner.
We are commited to act in a lawful, responsible and environmentally friendly manner and to be an exemplary company. As our customers expect from us, so do we expect from our suppliers, that they discharge their activities in full cognisance and completely in accordance with all applicable national laws and the principles of this Code of Conduct.
We face this responsibility as a company and as a part of a society, and use this, along with the quality of our products and services, to help secure our long-term economic success.
Our employees are an essential factor in our corporate success and constitute a major part of our good reputation and the trust placed in us by our partners. Executive Management has a special obligation to lead by example during the implementation of and compliance with the principles of this code of conduct.
Together we bear the responsibility for the reputation of our company. With this Code of Conduct we lay down our rules and principles, which shall determine our conduct and our collaboration.
Thus we determine the requirements by which we and all employees shall be expressly guided every day.
